Wow – where did August go? The chill is back in the air, and the trees are already starting to change… Did anyone see summer? I must have missed it.
This last month has been an extremely busy one for both of us. Nearly a month ago, we moved into our new place in Marlborough, MA. Absolutely fabulous place and we just love it.
On top of the typical moving to a new state, dealing with MA insurance (they just have to be different, don’t they), we also got legally married last month as well on August 6. That will be 3 ceremonies in just over a year! That must be a record!!

So – May is going to be an interesting month!
- Brian starts his new job on May 19!
- Trip to Vegas May 23 – 27 for ML and Steve’s vow renewal!
- Going to the Maine camp with Brian’s parents May 2-5!
- Our 11 Year Anniversary (1 year anniversary of the commitment ceremony) on May 5 – including dinner at Clay Hill Farm!
- We’ll be finalizing the floors for the new condo, plus starting to move some items into storage there.
- Cathy’s dance recital is on May 18!
- Diane’s Birthday is May 16!
- Mother’s Day is May 11!
What a month!!!!!!!!!!

It’s official! We just got home from the State House in Concord with 26 other couples who partook in the Civil Unions now offered by the State of NH! Our congrats go out to those who were able to join us in this celebration throughout the state, and our thanks go to the people who worked so diligently to make this important step towards equality occur.

We hope everyone’s summer is going well. We continue to acquire more and more pics every week from our friends. We really appreciate all that have been submitted to us. We will treasure them forever!

Sorry about the delay in getting some more pictures onto the web. It’s been extremely busy at work for the both of us, and unfortunately, we haven’t gotten around to posting the additional pics we’ve acquired. The pictures that the professional photographer are now available online. A separate slideshow is available on the Photo Gallery page.
Many thanks go to those of you who sent us their pictures. We will treasure them always. Brian’s sister took a lot of great pictures – but it may be some time before we get them onto the website as she hasn’t yet purchased a digital camera (snicker, snicker).
