As many of you may know, I (Brian) recently went to a vegetarian diet. In the last week I have been into two major restaurant chains, Ruby Tuesday’s and TGIFriday’s.
We had a great experience at the Ruby Tuesday’s in Westboro a few days ago – we were out and about and just wanted food we had to put minimal effort into. Excellent food, their flavored iced tea and lemonade are to die for… spectacular salad bar, and a great variety of vegetarian dishes.
TGIF is the complete opposite end of the spectrum. Everything (except for 1 or 2 items) has some type of meat in it. Seriously, they have mozzarella sticks, fried green beans, and a salad that had no meat. The don’t even have a veggie burger on the menu. Very disappointed and won’t be going back there anytime soon!
Another commercial, another chance to write

Brian is attempting to get me to update our blog. We’re rushing this; I’m learning during a commercial in the middle of the Simpson’s 20th Anniversary Special.
Another commercial, another chance to write! Had a great weekend; a mix of quality Brian & Scott time, went to a bar in Boston with a friend (Manny), and vegetated all day today. I was hoping to get a little bit of Mini-tab work done, but that’s been pushed out to Monday. Work at work – it’s a good thing.
This upcoming week: I’ll be in M.I.T. for most of Thursday for a networking/recruiting event, I have Friday off; MariLou & Steve are coming into town. Sunday will be spent with the Marlboro Six watching Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring.
10 Months to a new Hosting Company

We have been with GoDaddy for several years now… and seeing the speed of the current site, it further convinces me that we need to change hosting companies.
There are “Green” hosting companies out there (such as GreenGeeks.com) that have much higher performance and do their part for the environment.
More to come on this in 10 months… : )

We’ve finally made the move to a more manageable and sustainable environment.
Yay!!!!
Look forward to many improvements going forward. Many of the links from prior posts will not work. I am currently working on revalidating those, but the old site will soon be made available, but will also not work entirely, either.
Until the work is completed, please pardon the dust.

It’s a heat wave here in MA! We hit about 40 degrees, and the weather’s been great (for the last 4 days)! Not a snow flake to be seen.
Scott just got back from a job fair at Michigan State – so glad he’s back home. Although the cat is great company, it’s just not the same. Because he was gone, he missed the fun and food at Ray and Ann’s this week. He’ll be around for the next night of fun and food…where we get together with friends and eat, talk, and have a great time.
